At Mallow Australia, we want you to love your skincare journey as much as we do. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are unused, in their original packaging, and were purchased within the last 30 days.

  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items and send them to our Melbourne warehouse using a tracked shipping service.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
